Oak House
A lovely, generous Cotswold farmhouse with three double bedrooms, sleeping six comfortably.
There is a large sitting room with a cosy woodburning stove. A small sunroom offers views over the fields and Equestrian Centre.
A dining room and well-equipped kitchen makes Oak House a comfortable and easy place to have a special holiday with family or friends.
There is an enclosed garden and ample parking.

Coopers Cottage
A stunning family house, sleeping ten comfortably. The house has wonderful, far-reaching views across the estate.
The kitchen is the central hub of the house, with a dining table and large, social central breakfast bar. There is a family snug and a large sitting room, both with woodburning stoves, keeping the house warm and comfortable whatever the weather.
Coopers also benefits from being fully wheelchair accessible, with a large, well-appointed bathroom and bedroom.
Coopers has a charming walled garden with stunning views and a large patio, making it the most wonderful place for a family or social gathering with friends.

Granary Cottage
Part of the original farmhouse buildings, we have two twin bedrooms—one in the hay store and one in the old cart shed under the grain store.
These little rooms are quirky but cosy, with their own bathrooms. We can offer basic bed and a delivered breadbasket for breakfast if required and requested upon booking.
The Blue and Green rooms make perfect little safe havens for short stays—whether whilst staying at the Unicorn for a clinic, part of a walking holiday (as we are right on the path of the Monarch's Way), or cycling through the Cotswolds.
