Versatile meeting space
Our conferencing facilities are ideal for seminars, workshops, formal meetings and team training sessions with a range of rooms that can be laid out to suit different requirements.
A range of audio visual equipment is available for delegates including screens, projectors, televisions, microphones, portable loud speaker and audio equipment. Wifi is available throughout.

Upstairs
We have a fabulous meeting space upstairs in the main building which offers a fantastic view across both the main indoor arena and the driving arena.
The space can accommodate up to 70 delegates and is fully accessible via lift or stairs. Our clients regularly use this space as either a larger conference room or as a dining area.
~ Executive Meetings ~
Boardroom
Our Boardroom is perfect for meetings, training and presentations. Furnished to a high specification and equipped with audio visual equipment.
We can accommodate 30 delegates theatre style or 16 boardroom style around a large oval table.
~ Large Events ~
Carriage House
The Carriage House provides a large conference room, suitable for up to 120 delegates. The room is carpeted and heated, and can be laid out to suit your requirements.
A flexible space which is perfect for talks, lectures, film screenings, presentations, product launches, seminars and conferences. It also works really well for yoga and pilates classes!
There is a large reception area (unheated) outside the Carriage House, suitable for offering drinks and refreshments beforehand.
